Full job description

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating the overall brand design and visual identity for the company's in-house and client accounts. They are responsible for creating designs in accordance with the branding guidelines of each brand. They also work closely with the Social Media Officer to conceptualize ideas for monthly content calendars and quarterly social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team’s social media officer to create content visuals for social media
  • Conceptualize for campaigns and its visual direction
  • Assist and work closely with the other creatives in the team
  • Work on branding and design for both internal and client projects. Branding and design projects are the following (but not limited to) logo design, brand guide, and digital and print materials
  • Communicate with the COO and/or external partners regarding design tasks and projects
  • Create digital and print designs for both internal and external projects
  • Examples of designs are: packaging, presentation, cover photos, article banners, social media posts (stories, GIFs, reels, static) and the like
  • Monitor and integrate design trends where appropriate
  • Coordinate with the digital department to help with website design and creating assets for websites

Requirements:

  • Must be Davao-based
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, advertising, or any related field
  • 1 year of relevant internship or work experience. Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good time management and work efficiency
  • Excellence in creativity, thinks outside the box, and well-informed about emerging graphic design trends
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Works well individually and with a team and requires minimal to no supervision
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and any other relevant tools (Not required but highly encouraged: Premier Pro and After Effects)
  • Basic G Suite Skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Tagalog

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
