Job Title: Graphic Artist

Reports to: Marketing & Communications Manager / Head of Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Graphic Artist to join our Marketing team. The Graphic Artist is responsible for the execution of all visual content, ensuring that the designs and imagery produced reflect the brand’s joyful and customer-centric identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Create and execute designs for digital and print materials (e.g., social media, menus, posters, in-store collaterals)
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to translate briefs into effective visuals
  • Revise and refine artwork based on feedback while meeting deadlines
  • Prepare final artwork files for production and publishing
  • Ensure consistency of branding across all creative outputs
  • Organize and maintain design files and creative assets
  • Assist in improving creative workflows, tools, and design standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • Working knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
  • Basic understanding of digital and print production requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take creative direction in a fast-paced environment
