Job Summary

The Graphic Artist is reponsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that effectively promote Beauché International's skincare and beauty products. This role ensures that all creative outputs align with the company's branding guidelines, marketing objectives, and product identity while maintaining consistency across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, product catalogs, and point-of-sale materials.
• Create engaging digital content for social media platforms, websites, and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop product packaging, labels, stickers, and other branding materials in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Produce graphics for new product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and corporate activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Management teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure all artwork complies with Beauché's branding guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all communication channels.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from management and other stakeholders.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with prints and suppliers to ensure accurate output quality.
• Organize, maintain, and archive digital design files for easy retrieval and future use.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, beauty industry aesthetics, and emerging design technologies.
• Assist in photography direction, basic editing, and image retouching for marketing materials and product presentations.
• Support company events, trade shows, product launches, and other marketing initiatives by creating event-related visual materials.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in graphic design.
• Fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout and visual composition.
• Experience in designing product packaging and print-ready materials is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
