Role Description: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating digital assets, marketing materials, and print layouts with Creative Suite, to be featured on all marketing communication materials across both digital and print platforms. In this role, they will directly report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the PrintLab team for print sample production

Key Responsibilities: (Hybrid setup)

• Responsible for building, prepping, and designing print and digital artwork files, including social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing templates
• Liaise directly with the PrintLab team to produce high-quality print samples that effectively showcase printer capabilities.
• While honoring global design guidelines, responsible for the layout and creation of corporate brochures, product catalogs, proposal templates, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Managers to provide creative and operational support for event planning, trade shows, and product launches.
• Deliver quick-turnaround design assets to support active sales initiatives and urgent marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce visual consistency across all channels by following Ricoh's corporate design standards and global brand guidelines.
• Manage a varying workload, including multiple design projects simultaneously, while ensuring efficient file organization and asset management on the server.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years' experience in graphic design handling both digital media and print layouts (open to fresh graduates).
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or any related field.
• Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of digital design constraints and commercial print standards (margins, bleed, resolution).
• Familiarity or exposure to spot coloring for commercial print applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong design sensibility are essential.

This is a hybrid setup based in Carmona.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
