Roles and Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop stunning visual content, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, web layouts, and more.
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
• Transform ideas into eye-catching designs by conceptualizing and creating sketches, mock-ups, and prototypes, refining them based on feedback.
• Support the Graphic Designer and Video Editor by preparing and delivering polished artworks for marketing campaigns and materials.
• Stay ahead of design trends, monitor competitor activities, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to keep our content engaging and relevant.
• Maintain an organized archive of design assets and files to streamline workflows and ensure easy accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the production or printing process to ensure top-notch results.

Video Editing:

• Assist in producing and editing video content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand image.
• Edit videos across various projects, delivering high-quality, visually engaging content from start to finish.
• Employ creative techniques, such as color grading, audio enhancement, and storytelling, to transform raw footage into compelling narratives.
• Experiment with styles, transitions, and effects under the guidance of the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to create impactful videos.
• Craft engaging short videos tailored for social media platforms, ensuring seamless viewing experiences with polished transitions and stable footage.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.

Job Requirements:

We’re looking for a passionate and talented individual with the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven graphic design and video editing experience, ideally in an in-house setting.
• Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), basic HTML, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro).

- Familiarity with Canva and other online graphic design tools.

- Bonus: Experience with animation and content management systems.

• Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive design portfolio showcasing your best work in graphic design and video editing is required for your application.
• Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and video production techniques.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and stick to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Adaptability: Eager to learn, experiment, and adapt to the latest trends in design and marketing.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with the team.
