Job Brief:

We are looking for a Graphic Artist to create and design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

The Graphic Artist will make the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements and Skills:

  • College/Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven graphic designing experience or in related fields.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • A keen eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and details.
  • Understanding of marketing, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
