Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) is a non-government organization and micro-financial institution founded in 1984. It aims to help women achieve self-sufficiency and self-reliance, particularly low income and depressed urban and rural communities, to increase their awareness of their economic potential, productivity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Willing to do FIELDWORK and BE ASSIGN OUTSIDE OF THEIR RESIDENCE.
  • K-12 Graduates or with at least 72 units
  • Graduate of 4 or 2-year course preferably with business-related (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Can deal with highly confidential matters.
  • The position requires a high level of compliance, supervision, & reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate & negotiate with internal & external stakeholders & customers.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Work DOES NOT REQUIRE driver's license
