Full job description

Start a meaningful career with Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation, one of the country's leading microfinance institutions. As a Loan Officer, you'll work directly with communities by helping aspiring entrepreneurs gain access to financial services that improve their livelihood.

This is a field-based role where you'll build relationships with clients, conduct borrower assessments, facilitate weekly group meetings, process loan applications, and collect loan repayments while providing excellent customer service.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or a college graduate with field experience (e.g., sales, delivery, customer service, collections, or similar roles), we welcome individuals who enjoy meeting people, working in the field, and making a positive impact in their communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder (all courses are welcome)
  • Willing to do field work and visit assigned communities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With a valid driver's license or willing to learn how to drive
  • Flexible and willing to travel to assigned areas when necessary
