Customer Service Representative (Order Entry)
Ortigas, Pasig City
Hybrid, Nightshift
Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Order Entry to support our sales and operations teams with accurate and timely order processing, data entry, and customer support. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order management, sales support, and administrative operations who excel in fast-paced environments and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume order entry and order processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review customer orders for pricing accuracy, product details, and contract compliance.
- Generate and manage sales orders, agreements, and documentation.
- Submit orders for pricing approval when exceeding discount thresholds.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to resolve order issues.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation systems.
- Meet defined order processing KPIs, turnaround time, and accuracy metrics.
- Handle multiple priorities while ensuring data accuracy and quality control.
- Provide customer support and internal support related to order status and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing large datasets and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
