We are seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and organized Engineering/Math Tutor to support our online training programs. This is a hybrid role that combines technical tutoring with administrative and training coordination responsibilities.

The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, mentoring students, solving technical problems, and managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

This position may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on business needs and the candidate's availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to students during engineering training courses.
• Answer technical questions and help students understand engineering concepts and practical applications.
• Review engineering assignments, exercises, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support curriculum updates and technical documentation as assigned.
• Coordinate engineering training schedules, student communications, and course logistics.
• Coordinate with instructors, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project timelines, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Draft professional emails, correspondence, and internal communications.
• Assist with procurement, scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative projects.
• Support company operations with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or another related engineering discipline.
• Candidates with other engineering degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, training, or academic support experience is preferred.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and engineering principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and online learning tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for lesson preparation, research, or administrative work is an advantage.
