INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or at least a related course

• Preferably with knowledge on creation of Quality Management System

• Knowledgeable of the IE and Quality Control Tools

• Knowledge able in retail store or hardware setup is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles company’s documentation of processes as the need arise and ensures that these undergo Documents and Records Control Procedure.

• Generates, standardize s, and updates business processes

• Documents incoming and existing procedures, work instructions and guidelines for Core and Support group

• Monitors QMS implementation thru Process Audit using IE Tools

• Communicates to all concerned personnel / department and establish appropriate training of new and revised procedures

• Devises Training Modules / Instructional Manual

• Conducts weekly store visit and perform actual Intranet, Emails and layman signage per area

• Conducts process coaching for key personnel

• Handles IE related projects given by the Management

• Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
