Assistant Site ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Site Manager (Electrical Engineer) to support the overall operations and supervision of on-site construction activities. The role involves assisting the Site Manager in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership on-site, solid field experience, and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in daily site operations and coordination
• Supervise on-site personnel, workers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and construction challenges
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress updates
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements
• Support in implementing quality control procedures
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EE preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
• Strong leadership and coordination skills on-site
• Knowledge in construction methods, safety standards, and project execution
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per hour
