Job Specification

1. Custodian of the employees’ logbook;

2. Ensures that the employees log-in and out reflects the exact time when the employee reports and leaves the office;

3. Adheres to honesty especially in creating/submission of summary of the employees attendance (DTR) and overtime requests every 5th and 20th day of the month.

4. Ensures accuracy in transferring logs (in/out) from the logbook to the DTR;

5. Complies employees’ time and production records, using calculator or computer: Reviews timesheets, and timecards for completeness;

6. Monitors the employees activities by actual site checking in an hourly manner;

7. Submits to the HR Office tardiness report of all the employees every 5th of each month.
