Marketing Associate / Advertising & Promotions

Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, promotional, and advertising activities for artists and projects under the company. This role assists in increasing artist visibility, audience engagement, and brand awareness through digital campaigns, promotional events, media exposure, and marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Associate works closely with the Marketing Lead, Artist Management, Content Team, and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with the company's branding and promotional objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for artists, music releases, events, and company projects.
  • Support the execution of advertising and promotional plans across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign activities and provide regular updates to the Marketing Lead.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing promotional activities across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate posting schedules and support content distribution efforts.
  • Monitor audience engagement, comments, and campaign performance.
  • Identify social media trends and opportunities that may support artist promotion and audience growth.
  • Assist in executing influencer collaborations and digital partnership activities.

Advertising & Promotions Coordination

  • Coordinate artist promotional appearances, interviews, guestings, and media opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, mall shows, campus tours, fan events, and activation activities.
  • Coordinate with media partners, event organizers, sponsors, and external agencies regarding promotional requirements.
  • Support logistics and preparations for promotional activities and public appearances.

Content & Branding Support

  • Assist in content planning and promotional material preparation.
  • Ensure marketing materials are aligned with artist branding and company standards.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators as needed.
  • Support the development of promotional concepts and audience engagement initiatives.

Media & Public Exposure

  • Assist in securing and coordinating publicity opportunities for artists.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, content creators, influencers, and promotional partners.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile promotional reports.
  • Support public relations activities that contribute to artist visibility and brand awareness.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance and collect marketing data.
  • Prepare basic reports on promotional activities, audience engagement, and campaign results.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, audience growth, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for improving future campaigns and promotional efforts.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, promotional schedules, media contacts, and partnership activities.
  • Prepare campaign documentation, promotional requests, and activity reports.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related field.

Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, events management, social media, or related functions.
  • Experience in entertainment, music, media, events, talent management, or creative industries is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, audience engagement, and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
