TEMU is looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Content Review and Tagging Specialist. This is more than just a review role—you’ll help shape the quality and safety of a global e-commerce marketplace by ensuring that product content is accurate, trustworthy, and compliant with our policies.

You’ll work with a dynamic international team, develop valuable expertise in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, and e-commerce operations, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment. Key responsibilities

  • Review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text descriptions
  • Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately
  • Identify prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, or fraudulent products
  • Detect misleading or inaccurate product information
  • Escalate complex or ambiguous cases according to established procedures
  • Meet productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) targets
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security
  • Stay updated on policy changes and process updates
  • Participate in calibration sessions and refresher training
  • Document moderation decisions accurately

About you

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php28,500.00 per month
