Job description

• Answer telephone calls and assist customers with handling orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Process sales data and progress reports.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Maintain client database and handle billing issues.
• Ensure all client information is correct.
• Analyze sales reports.
• Getting delivery orders from customers and sending information to other departments by issuing internal Delivery Notice.
• Monitors PO are issued by customers to make sure that all orders are served on time.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
