Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Managing daily production targets, monitoring machine downtime, and ensuring the manufacturing process meets customer requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Leading "Lean Manufacturing" or "Continuous Improvement" projects to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks, verifying product specifications, and ensuring compliance with ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • People Management: Supervising production staff, coordinating shift schedules, and assisting with the training and development of new hires.
  • Health & Safety: Enforcing strict safety protocols and environmental policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Preparing daily shift reports, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking production costs.
  • Strategic Planning: Participating in management meetings and contributing to long-term business growth strategies and research.
  • Project Management: Completing assigned projects that directly impact business performance, often presenting findings to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any Engineering Course or BS Customs Administration; preferably licensed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other data analytic software.
  • Soft Skills: High leadership potential, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different office locations or work overtime as required.
