Full job description

· Prepares daily sales report and sends it to the management team

· Collects payments from patients and records it to the system

· Collects payments from institutional clients (HMO, PHIC, PCSO, GOC, DSWD, others) and monitors their aging of receivables

· Prepares daily cash collection and deposit report

· Issue receipts

The cashier will also be working as an Accounts Officer with the following responsibilities:

· In charge of filing e-claims for Philhealth and ensures the completeness of documents files

· Liaise with Philhealth al PHIC’S related concerns and issues-dada

· Monitoring aging of Philhealth receivables

· Claim form 4 processing

· Daily Census of patients

· Processing credit memos

· Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time
