Supervise daily Accounting operations relating to Sales and Accounts Receivables, Inventory Management, Importations, and Fixed Assets.

Manage the month-end and year-end accounting close process.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with government regulations.

Calculate and maintain product costs for price setting and bidding purposes.

Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Prepare financial reports and other requirements needed by Corporate Office.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Accountancy

3+ years of experience in general accounting, inventory management and taxation

Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks or other ERP systems

Advanced MS Excel skills

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
