Full job description

T-Mate is seeking a dedicated professional to act as the main point of contact for our clients and caregivers. In this role, you will support them by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical or operational issues, and delivering vital service and product details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communication from clients and caregivers via calls, messages, and voicemails.
  • Efficiently resolve client and caregiver complaints, issues, and general concerns.
  • Coordinate calendars by scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments based on client and caregiver requests.
  • Maintain and update confidential user profiles within the AxisCare platform.
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet collective performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within a BPO or in customer service.
  • Prior experience supporting a healthcare-related account is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume queues and thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with AxisCare, CRM databases, or comparable medical scheduling software.
  • Technical Setup: A reliable personal computer (minimum Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM), a stable fiber internet connection of at least 100 Mbps, and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
