Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years specializing in employee engagement, culture-building, talent management, employee experience, or organizational development within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, culture-building activities, and engagement surveys, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational performance.
  • Experience gained from reputable food and beverage, hospitality, or service-oriented operations is highly preferred. Exposure to upscale restaurant brands, hotel operations, pre-opening projects, organizational expansion, or business transformation initiatives will be a distinct advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional employee experiences aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
