Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while delivering exceptional customer service. The role ensures that every customer enjoys a welcoming café experience by maintaining product quality, cleanliness, food safety standards, and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, excellent customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café and work area.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other store necessities.
• Assist with opening and closing store operations.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in cashiering and other store operations when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide efficient service.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties assigned by the Branch Supervisor or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate; a college level or college graduate is an advantage.
• Experience as a barista, food service crew, or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Monday to Saturday 09:00am to 06:00pm
