Job Summary:

The Branch Staff supports the daily operations of the branch by assisting customers, supporting sales transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing general operational and administrative tasks. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficient branch operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with inquiries and basic product information.
• Support Branch Representatives in preparing quotations, orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure courteous, professional, and timely customer service at all times.

Branch Operations Support

• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the branch.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, stockroom, and office areas.
• Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data encoding.

Inventory & Store Support

• Assist in receiving, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and stock cards.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product display, tagging, and storage.

General Duties & Compliance Support

• Assist in preparing documents and coordinating requirements for branch business renewals and regulatory compliance.
• Perform simple bank, courier, or official errands related to branch operations when required.
• Assist in deliveries, loading/unloading, or coordination with logistics when needed.
• Support branch promotions, merchandising activities, and other operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Head or management.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or College level; business-related courses are an advantage.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or branch operations is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) are an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to assist with basic handling of products.
• Willing to be trained in Cagayan de Oro City before being deployed to our Gensan Branch
