JOB OBJECTIVE:

This position is required to monitor sensor alerts for Healthcare facilities, assets and its departments and to professionally handle alerts by documenting status, relaying information and findings in a prompt but accurate manner.

This position is also required to support alarm management for Food Retail – Food Lion, Sprouts, and Woolworths including but not limited to: interrogating alarm information via connecting to customer software, relaying refrigeration / HVAC alarms, dispatching work orders and other customer requests pursuant to customer specifications for a 24/7 department operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS

ALARM MANAGEMENT for Healthcare

  • Responsible for interrogation of digital communication, assets, refrigeration, and/or HVAC alarms received and diagnosing them based on Service Level Agreement with external customers
  • Deliver alarm information with accurate documentation by calling or sending email to external customers
  • Clear and Acknowledge alerts in specific Healthcare departments based on customer procedures
  • Generate and dispatch service work orders pursuant to customer procedures
  • Provide support to Food Retail (Food Lion, Sprouts, and Woolworths)
  • Answer inbound and transferred calls and address them as necessary
  • Pulling of high aged fresh alerts from the dashboard to ensure alerts are processed within SLA.
  • Other functions that may arise.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

· Graduate of any 4-year course

WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING

  • 2 years production experience supporting Alarm Monitoring (Basic, Resolution and Smart Dispatch).

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Computer Applications such as MS Office (Basic Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Basic Knowledge in MS Excel)
  • Managed Services business systems and tools but not limited to (Salesforce, RDP, Genesys, TempTrak etc.)

OTHER WORK CONDITIONS

  • Willing to Work on Shifting operations which may include Work on Weekends, to support the assigned business and customers.
  • Willing to Work Overtime or on Rest Day Overtime to support manpower requirement of the operations during critical days and/or peak season.
  • Must be able to Effectively and Independently function while maintaining a Positive Energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands.
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work on hybrid work arrangement (thrice a week on-site)
