About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our on-site Course Administrator team. This is a fully remote role focused on learner communications, registration follow-ups, and post-course admin tasks.

This isn't a generic inbox-and-calendar VA role. You'll be working on live course runs with real learners, real deadlines, and information tied to government funding schemes like SkillsFuture and SSG grants, so accuracy and follow-through genuinely matter here. If you like structured, detail-driven work and want solid experience supporting a licensed training provider, this role gives you that.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Sending registration and course confirmation emails to learners
  • Sending course reminder emails and messages before class starts
  • Following up with learners who haven't confirmed, replied, or completed payment
  • Keeping learner records and spreadsheets accurate and up to date
  • Answering learner questions and enquiries by email or chat in a timely, professional manner
  • Preparing and sending e-certificates to learners after course completion
  • Sending post-course follow-up emails and short surveys to learners
  • Helping with basic data entry into our internal systems
  • Supporting alumni and graduate follow-up communications
  • Logging and forwarding learner feedback, withdrawal, or refund requests to the right person on our team
  • General administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, admin support, or in customer service
  • Strong written English and clear communication skills
  • Comfortable using email, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic office tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions closely
  • Able to work independently and manage your own time
  • A reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
  • Available to work between 9am - 6pm Singapore time, Monday to Friday.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a training provider, education company, or similar admin role
  • Experience handling customer service through WhatsApp or email
