Full job description

The operations manager oversees the entire operations, commercial strategy, and financial performance of the FMCG distribution business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across modern and traditional trade channels, optimizing end-to-end supply chain logistics (warehousing and fleet management), and maintaining strong relationships with principal brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG sales and distribution sector, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or General Management capacity within a structured distribution environment

3. Proven experience handling end-to-end management, market expansion, and managing principal relations

4. Ability to translate high-level business goals into daily operational KPIs for sales, logistics, and finance teams.

5. Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa and familiar with NCR area.

6. Willing to be trained and to be assigned @ multiple business units. (NCR / Laguna)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
