Full job description

Remote – | Full-Time | U.S. Healthcare Company
Compensation: $1,700–$2,200 USD/month, depending on experience

A-List Therapy Group is a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization working with hundreds of clinicians and home health agencies. We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our Director of Operations and CEO.

This is not a Virtual Assistant position. We need someone who thinks like an operator—proactive, accountable, organized, and able to identify problems, improve processes, and make sure things get done without constant direction.

What You Will Own

* Monitor operations across departments and identify problems early.
* Build and maintain practical KPIs and accountability systems.
* Hold managers and employees accountable for performance and follow-through.
* Investigate recurring mistakes, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
* Improve workflows so important information and follow-ups do not get lost.
* Help manage, coach, and develop remote teams.
* Work with the Director of Operations on staffing, recruiting, clinician management, customer service, and other priorities.
* Lead operational projects from start to finish.
* Give leadership clear reporting on performance, problems, and actions being taken.
* Help reduce day-to-day operational dependency on the CEO.

What We Are Looking For

* Strong operations and people-management experience.
* U.S. healthcare, home health, medical staffing, healthcare BPO, or similar experience strongly preferred.
* Proven experience managing remote teams.
* Strong judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance management.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and hold people accountable.
* Proactive rather than reactive.
* Able to work significant overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.

How to Apply

Please send your resume, a 2–4 minute video introduction, and brief answers to:

1. Describe an operational problem you identified and solved before senior leadership noticed it.
2. How would you prevent important information and follow-ups from getting lost in a company managing hundreds of clinicians and a large remote team?
3. What 5–7 KPIs would you monitor to manage a healthcare staffing operation?

We are looking for a long-term leader who takes ownership, solves problems, improves operations, and grows with the company.

Pay: Php104,941.00 - Php135,806.00 per month
