Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Gaming Account to assist players with inquiries, technical issues, account management, and gameplay support. You will ensure excellent customer experiences while handling gaming-related concerns through chat, email, or other non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to player inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms
- Assist with account setup, login issues, in-game purchases, and technical problems
- Provide accurate information about game features, promotions, and events
- Resolve player concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions and account updates accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and player satisfaction metrics

Work Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full paid gaming account and customer service training provided

What to Expect:
- Fast-paced, player-focused environment
- Exposure to gaming systems, platforms, and community management

Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate gaming platforms
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules
