We are looking for a Flight Booking Online Assistant to handle flight reservation tasks through online systems. This is a pure non-voice role—no phone calls involved. The position is ideal for freshers or candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations via chat/email systems
• Enter and update passenger and booking details accurately
• Check flight availability, fares, and schedules using online tools
• Resolve basic customer queries related to bookings
• Maintain data accuracy and follow standard operating procedures

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
• Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Skills Preferred

• Basic knowledge of online booking platforms (training provided)
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a non-voice environment

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per hour
