Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, suggest menu items, and answer questions.

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and garnish food items according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Service Operation: Deliver food and beverages to tables or service counters promptly.
• Cashiering/POS: Process payments (cash, credit cards), handle transactions, and balance the cash register.
• Sanitation: Clean tables, wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Restock supplies and ensure products are properly stored.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Multitasking: Managing orders and tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to meet goals.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
