Full job description

Locale Food Groupe Inc. is currently in need of full time Restaurant Staffs to fill in various positions for our expanding network of Restaurant in various locations in Metro Manila. We are in need of the following people

  • Front of House (FOH) staff -- Bartender, Servers, Cashier

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests while consistently following the proper service sequence.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with established company protocols, referring complex concerns to the immediate superior or concerned personnel when necessary.
  • Respond to guest inquiries accurately and courteously, or refer them to the appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • At least college level; preferably a graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • With a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Friendly, courteous, and approachable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to perform tasks efficiently and maintain a high quality of work with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months of relevant work experience.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
