Full Time Medical Transcription jobs

1. Accurate and efficient encoding of all data in the Phil-health portal.

2. Review and ensure that transcription of patient electronic chart to CF4 is correct, complete, and style-consistency

3. Ensure timeliness of transcribing activities

4. Must be able to identify any inaccuracies in the transcript

5. Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation

6. Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives

7. Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed

8. Conduct self-audit of work checking for errors or duplication

9. Organize files in a logical and manageable manner

10. Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines

11. Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records

12. Perform any other office tasks that department requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)

13. Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

14. Respects confidential information obtained in the course of daily duties and refrain from disclosing such information

15. Adheres to Data Protection policy and procedures
