Full Time Cashier, Toll Gate Slex jobs in Laguna

To ensure accurate reporting of company’s financial transactions and effective management of the company’s financial resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Controls cash fund of bank.

2. Keeps and controls all accountable forms such as, cashier’s check, bank checks, customer checks, Certificate of Time Deposits, official receipts, promissory notes and savings passbook.

3. Signs check for approved loans and disbursement.

4. Stamps “PAID” and encash checks for loans, per diems for Board Meetings, Credit Committee, Management Committee and other expenses

5. Prepare cashier’s blotter, proof sheet and register of accountable forms.

6. Prepares official receipts and receives payments for loans, bank charges, accounts receivable, cancellation fees, sale of bank furniture and others.

7. Releases cash to teller I and receives cash transfer.

8. Deposits excess funds to other banks.

9. Signs passbook for Savings, Centennial, Mega and Super deposits and signature cards.

10. Signs other banks transactions.

11. Opens and closes the vault and the cashier’s safe.

12. Undertakes internal marketing of Bank’s products.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
