The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other assigned accounts. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and increasing product awareness within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical, OTC, and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular product presentations and product detailing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in company sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
  • Perform other sales-related duties that may be assigned by the Sales Manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
  • Experience handling doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, or healthcare accounts is an advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
