Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative with a science background to join the Fosun Pharma team. In this full-time hybrid role, based in Taguig with flexibility for some field work.

The Medical Representative will actively engage with healthcare professionals to promote and educate them on the company’s pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving sales growth, staying updated on medical knowledge and industry trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns while providing high-quality service and product insights.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy, ensuring the ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively
• Proficiency in Medical Sales and Customer Service to foster and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear articulation of product benefits and addressing client needs
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and meet sales targets in a hybrid work setup
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related areas
• Experience in medical sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required (training will be provided for fresh graduates)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
