About the Role

We are looking for a Junior / Mid Accounting Officer to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2–5 years of accounting experience who is comfortable handling day-to-day finance tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll support, and basic government compliance.

We need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information with care. Since this is an onsite role, the successful candidate must be willing to report to our office in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, billing statements, and payment requests.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash records, and company accounts.
  • Support payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and allowance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.
  • Help with BIR, government, and company compliance requirements.
  • Organize and maintain accounting files, documents, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external accountants when needed.
  • Monitor company expenses, liquidations, and related documentation.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience.
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and basic tax compliance.
  • Experience in payroll support and government filings is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential information.
  • CPA license is a plus, but not required.
