Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document all financial transactions while maintaining the general ledger regularly.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare internal financial and tenant reconciliation reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of tenant billings.
  • Monitor tenant accounts, payments and follow up on overdue payments using NetSuite or QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and issue receipts and verify incoming payments.
  • Generate financial reports as requested by the Accounting Officer or management.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or other related courses
  • With one (1) year of related work experience; Fresh Graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and/or ERP software such SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
  • Basic knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with handling A/R is preferred but experience with General Accounting/handling of General Ledger is viable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
