Front Office, Hotel Internship jobs

• Consistently delivers prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow Team Members
• Maintains and is held accountable for all monetary items entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift at the Front Window, Chip Bank, and/or Team Member Bank.
• Handles all cash, chips, slot machine tickets, credit card and foreign exchange, and other related transactions.
• Reports large and/or suspicious transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of at least achieved High School education or equivalent.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends and holidays; extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a good command of the Filipino and English language are required; basic in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Japanese is an advantage.
• Must be computer literate, preferably proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Preferably with previous customer service and/or cash handling experience in gaming or banking industries.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up materials or equipment up to 30kg
• Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
