Fresh Graduates Hotel Restaurant jobs in Alabang

The Food Server is an entry-level position responsible for learning the basics of customer service and restaurant operations. They work closely with more experienced servers and restaurant staff to gain knowledge and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
• Greet guests and assist with seating as needed
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new customers
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or more experienced servers
• Know and follow sequence of service.
• Know the menu of the restaurant
• Provide excellent service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, has a college degree in the hospitality industry or related field is preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh Graduate or No work experience in the food and beverage industry
