About Us

Sweet Cherry Studio is a cozy, welcoming photo studio that specializes in baby, maternity, and

family photography. We’re known for making families feel right at home, creating beautiful

moments, and having fun doing it! We’re now looking for an all-around studio superstar to joinour little team and grow with us.

Role Overview

As our Studio Creative Associate, you’ll be trained to be the one freezing memories in time ,

whether it’s a baby turning one, a glowing mommy, or a family. You’ll be shooting

in-studio, using our custom sets and lighting setups, and working closely with our team to create smooth, stress-free sessions for every client.

As starting, you’ll be helping first with the behind-the-scenes magic that makes every shoot run smoothly. From setting up sets and prepping props to assisting during sessions and keeping everything organized, you’ll be a key part of the Sweet Cherry experience!

Responsibilities

You don’t need to know everything, but here’s what you’ll be doing (with training, of course!):

● Photograph in-studio baby, maternity,family sessions and others

● Direct families, babies, and kids with warmth and patience

● Adjust lighting, backdrops, and props to fit the session theme

● Communicate clearly with clients to help them feel confident and relaxed

● Capture a mix of posed and candid moments

● Collaborate with assistant team for smooth flow

When a Senior/Junior photographer is present,

● Assist in setting up and packing down themed sets

Help with prop organization and styling

● Keep the studio tidy, clean, and client-ready

● Assist during shoots (especially with babies & kids)

●Occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content for social media

Other task if there are no scheduled shoots,

●Select,organize and edit images

●Help organize files or assist with admin when needed (computer and internet skills)

●Keep the studio tidy, clean, and client-ready

●Produce some reels for postings

●Occasionally run errands or assist during events

Working Hours

● 8 hours + 1 hr break per day

● 5 days a week including weekends, 2 days off (weekdays)

● Daily rate with incentive, paid overtime, Salary is every 15th and 30th of the month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
