We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about web development and eager to strengthen their technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and system features
- Enhance and support existing systems and platforms
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and performance issues
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and proper documentation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist in implementing new features, updates, and system enhancements
- Suggest ideas to improve system performance and user experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
- PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter)
- Python
- Vue.js
- Git / GitHub
- Must have completed at least 1–2 web-based projects (academic, internship, or personal)
- Basic understanding of the web development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Able to work independently in a remote or flexible setup
- Good communication and teamwork skills
