Job Summary

The Pre-Installation Engineer is responsible for ensuring all technical and site requirements are met before scheduled installations. This role conducts pre-installation assessments, verifies site readiness, and coordinates with customers and internal teams to ensure installations proceed efficiently and on schedule. The position operates in an outbound call environment, requiring regular outbound calls to customers to confirm site readiness, gather technical information, and coordinate installation schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to confirm site readiness and installation requirements.
  • Verify electrical, site, and access requirements prior to scheduled installations.
  • Coordinate with the Installation Team regarding site conditions and special requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-installation assessments and customer communications.
  • Escalate technical issues, site concerns, or scheduling conflicts to the Immediate Superior.
  • Ensure all pre-installation requirements are completed before the installation date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an outbound call environment and speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Willing to work onsite.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
