Remote Freelance Web Graphic Designer – Event Website Design

We're looking for talented freelance Web Graphic Designers to create engaging event websites for clients around the world.

Our clients use Happily Arrived to build their event websites. Designers who can combine custom graphics with strong website composition and layout skills will be prioritized.

This role focuses exclusively on digital event websites. You will work with event organizers and producers to create the attendee-facing website experience, including graphics, branding elements, and layouts that help people learn about and register for events.

This is not a physical event production design role. No signage, stage graphics, printed materials, presentation graphics, or onsite event assets are required. All work is focused on website design and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design event website visuals, including logos, graphics, banners, icons, and digital assets
  • Select appropriate typography, color palettes, and visual styles to align with each event's brand
  • Build cohesive website layouts using custom graphics and digital assets
  • Optimize assets for web use
  • Collaborate with clients and provide up to two website design drafts before final approval
  • Deliver organized source files and web-ready assets

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong graphic design and branding skills
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of web UX, layouts, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to translate a brand identity into a cohesive digital experience
  • Event industry experience is a plus

Preferred software:

Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro

Compensation

  • $250 USD per completed website
