• College graduate with advanced knowledge in conducting Trainings and Seminars, and Human Behavior.
• Ability to manage, evaluates, and delegate tasks to subordinates. Organizes guides and instructs other employees, such as, but not limited to: assigning, checking, and maintaining the flow of work
• Ability to monitor and assess or evaluate success of conducted trainings and seminars
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Can deal with highly confidential matters
• Must have at least 3 year experience in conducting trainings and seminar.
• The position requires excellent and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers
• The position requires high level of presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
