Full job description

Cargo Terminal Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to handle cargo, WWEF, and ULDs. This role ensures equipment readiness through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, and serviceability checks, supporting smooth terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forklift operation: Safely drive forklifts to move cargo, WWEF, and ULDs within the terminal.
  • Equipment inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, including fueling and basic maintenance.
  • ULD serviceability: Conduct regular inspections to ensure ULDs are serviceable and compliant with operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Senior high school diploma or higher.
  • License: Valid forklift driver license. (National Certificate II - Heavy Equipment Forklift).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years forklift driving experience, preferably in the airline or freight forwarding industry.
  • Language skills: Ability to read and write basic English.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Shift flexibility: Willingness to work long-term night shifts.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per hour
