Job description:

We are looking for friendly and efficient individuals to join our restaurant team as an Encoder. Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company system while ensuring completeness and confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities of Encoder:

• Accurately encode data and information into the company database or system.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Good basic math and communication skills.
• Polite, approachable, and customer-service-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
