Key Responsibilities:

• Online Order Management
• Monitor and manage incoming orders from Foodpanda and Grab platforms
• Ensure all orders are acknowledged, processed, and completed on time
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to avoid delays or errors
• Handle basic customer concerns related to online orders
• Production Monitoring
• Track the progress and completion of cake orders and other products
• Ensure all items meet quality standards before release
• Coordinate with production staff to prioritize urgent or high-volume orders
• Commissary Oversight
• Monitor daily activities within the commissary
• Ensure proper scheduling, workflow, and task completion
• Report any delays, shortages, or operational issues to management
• Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and inventory
• Prepare daily reports on sales, order status, and production output
• Assist in coordinating between departments for smooth operations
• General Duties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in administrative or operations roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with food delivery platforms (Foodpanda, Grab) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
