Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to production requirements.
• Operate food processing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard recipes, procedures, and production schedules.
• Monitor product quality during production and report any issues to supervisors.
• Perform weighing, measuring, mixing, cooking, and packaging of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, pack, and store finished products properly.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Course Graduate.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or food service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and GMP is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining product quality.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,500.00 per month
