Full job description
- Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols, ensuring food production and storage meet international and local health regulations.
- Routine Audits: Conduct regular, documented inspections of kitchens, dining areas, and workspaces to identify risks and execute preemptive corrective actions.
- Staff Training: Provide in-house hygiene and safe food-handling training for new hires, food handlers, and supervisors.
- Vendor & Pest Management: Coordinate with pest control operators, waste management teams, and purchasing departments to oversee vendor hygiene and prevent contamination.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of audits, chemical usage, and corrective action plans to ensure readiness for external health and sanitation inspections
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
