We’re Hiring: Call Center Agents (Onsite | Full-Time | One-Day Hiring Process)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or service-related purposes
- Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and call-handling procedures
Qualifications:
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Accepts High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) and ALS Graduates
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively
Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
