Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a food delivery account, you will assist customers, riders, and partner restaurants with orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and other concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently, escalating issues as needed for prompt resolution.
- Accurately record and update customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the system.
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and services to provide correct information to customers.
- Foster a supportive and cooperative team environment.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting when required.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage)
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
