We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Food Delivery Account) who will provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will help resolve inquiries, address concerns efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience while supporting one of the world's fast-paced food delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and reliable customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Follow established processes and maintain service quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex concerns.
• Stay informed on products, tools, and processes to ensure accurate support delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Experience supporting an international food delivery account is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing various tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.
