Role Summary

The position is responsible for expanding the company’s food service business by managing and developing key commercial accounts across hotels, restaurants, catering companies, quick-service chains, and bakery partners. The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term account management.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned food service and institutional accounts
• Identify new business opportunities within HORECA, QSR, and bakery segments
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy
• Present product solutions, pricing proposals, and business plans to clients
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and supply agreements
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle client concerns
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure service delivery
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
• At least 2–4 years B2B food sales or food service account management experience
• Experience handling institutional or distributor accounts is preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with frequent field work and client meetings
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and organized
• Professional appearance and good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
