The Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to food safety and company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to company service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
• Set up and clear dining tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Assist in replenishing supplies, condiments, and dining essentials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and inventory checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or hospitality-related education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
