The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse / distribution center operations. This role ensures efficient parcel handling, dispatching, inventory monitoring, staff supervision, and timely delivery operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the distribution center and warehouse
• Monitor receiving, sorting, dispatching, and releasing of courier parcels
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries
• Supervise warehouse staff, riders, drivers, and branch personnel
• Monitor parcel movement and resolve operational issues or delays
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of parcels and company assets
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and branch
• Coordinate with other branches, dispatch teams, and management regarding operations
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Handle customer or operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform other related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, or distribution operations
• Experience in supervising staff and daily branch operations
• Preferably with work experience in the same industry such as J&T Express, Shopee Xpress, Flash Express, or similar courier and logistics companies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory monitoring
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
