We are looing for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of the House Staff to join our team! Whether you're a Host, Receptionist, Server, Busser, or Bartender, we want individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and create welcoming experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations efficiently, including booking, confirming, and accommodating special requests.
• Answer and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and highlighting daily specials.
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
• Assist with cashiering duties, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service operations.

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year or more of experience as a receptionist in a fine dining environment is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to be assigned to specific store or branch locations as required.
• Must be available to start immediately.
