FOOD SERVER

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Food Server who will provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and properly.
• Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about menu items.
• Check on guests regularly and ensure their needs are attended to.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Clear and reset tables as needed.
• Address customer concerns politely and coordinate with the supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company service standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

• At least 3-6 months of experience as a Food Server/Waiter/Waitress, preferably in casual to fine dining.
• Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Available to start anytime.
