Job Summary

Provides exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring a world-class experience in line with 5-star restaurant standards. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings to deliver personalized and seamless service.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and attention to detail.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, wine lists, and allergens to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared promptly after use.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating to the Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in accordance with 5-star hospitality requirements.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or upscale restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and wine service preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of F&B service experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
